Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use ArbTide, create an account or use the ArbTide API.

The service

ArbTide provides crypto market data, calculations and educational content. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be interrupted at any time. Nothing on ArbTide is financial advice; see the disclaimer.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Paid plans

Prices and included features are shown on the pricing page before purchase. Paid plans can be bought in two ways:

  • Crypto (prepaid): you pay once for 1, 3 or 12 months through our crypto payment processor, NOWPayments. Prepaid plans do not renew automatically; we email you before your plan ends. New time is added to any time you have left.
  • Card (subscription): card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles invoices and sales tax. Card plans renew monthly until you cancel. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

If a paid plan does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it. Card refunds are issued by Paddle to the original card. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to an address you provide, less network fees. Refunds are not available for time already used after the first 14 days.

API and data use

You may use data from the website and API for personal and internal use. You may not resell raw data, overload the service, bypass rate limits or scrape in a way that harms availability. Attribution with a link to ArbTide is required when publishing our data.

Trading tools

Ultra accounts can connect exchange API keys and place orders on their own exchange accounts through ArbTide. Using this feature requires accepting the Trading Risk Disclosure, which is part of these terms. You decide every order; ArbTide does not give advice, does not guarantee results and does not hold your funds.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArbTide is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or damages resulting from use of the service or reliance on its data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
